Building Control Committee

BCC Requests

Submit exterior change requests through a simple review process: provide the project details, the committee reviews the request, and you receive a written response.

Process

Step 1

Submit details

Use the Google Form to describe the request and include supporting sketches, photos, or links when helpful.

Step 2

Committee review

The BCC reviews the request against the HOA documents and may follow up if more information is needed.

Step 3

Written response

You receive written approval or suggestions, typically within the 30-day review window described in the Declaration.

Common Info

To help maintain a consistent appearance throughout the neighborhood, the HOA accepts the following fence styles:

  • White vinyl privacy fencing
  • Black aluminum or wrought-iron style fencing
  • Black chain-link fencing with black posts

Fences may not extend past the front of the house, and fences are not permitted in front yards.

Please submit your fence request to the BCC before installation. The committee will review the proposed location, height, materials, and overall appearance before approval is granted.
